My dream and my families dream has always be to own a piece of land, somewhere in Cape Town. Rural, off the beaten track. To be totally self sufficient.
3 days ago I put it out there. I posted a picture of the town I would like to live in on the wall next to my desk.
I followed the instructions of Rapid Manafestation by Song Chengxiang. Yesterday I found 2 properties in that area. I really wanted the 1000 square meter one. It was just the right size for us, it was nestled against a mountain, 30 minutes from the sea, oh bliss. But the snag.....
Someone else had already put in an offer, it had been accepted and all they were waiting for for the finance to come through. The estate agent made it clear it was sold. It is obvious from this that the odds were against us! Right?
Wrong! I never let it get to me. I visualised us on the property. In a state of joy. There was no doubt in my mind.
Today I got an email from the agent. The property is ours! The other purchaser couldn't get finance.
We have made it happen! I sat at my computer and the tears just rolled down my face. The feeling of joy and gratitude was immense.
My grateful thanks to the universe. I am grateful for this powerful assistance. I trust it 100%.
If you didn't believe in "The Secret" before. This has to prove that it works.
